Refund & Reprint Policy

Because every order at PRINTOPACK is custom-printed to your specifications, we cannot accept returns of correctly produced products. We do, however, stand behind the quality of our work. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.

Eligible for reprint or refund

  • Product damaged in transit
  • Manufacturing defect (misprint, color shift outside normal tolerance, binding error)
  • Order shipped with the wrong product or quantity
  • Order that does not match an approved proof

Not eligible

  • Errors in customer-supplied artwork (typos, low resolution, incorrect bleeds, wrong fonts)
  • Color expectations that differ from the digital proof you approved
  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control

How to request a reprint or refund

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at Orders@printopack.io with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved claims will be resolved by reprint at no charge or, at our discretion, by refund to the original payment method.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order before you have approved the proof and before production has started. Once a proof is approved or production begins, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
