Orders and acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or content that violates our content policy.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are added at checkout. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
Artwork and content
You are solely responsible for the content of any artwork or files you upload. By submitting files, you represent that you own or have permission to use all images, logos, fonts, and other content, and that the content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.
We reserve the right to refuse to print any content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
Proofs and approvals
For many products we provide a digital proof for your approval before printing. Once you approve a proof, the order moves to production and cannot be modified or cancelled. You are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully for spelling, layout, color, and any other errors.
Production and turnaround
Estimated turnaround times begin after proof approval and successful payment. Turnaround times do not include shipping transit time. Delays caused by file issues, proof revisions, payment problems, or carrier disruptions are not our responsibility.
Color matching
Because of differences between monitors, file formats, and printing processes, we cannot guarantee exact color matching. We will produce your order using industry-standard color management. If exact color matching is critical, please request a hard-copy proof.
Intellectual property
All content on this site (including the PRINTOPACK name, logo, product photos, and text) is owned by PRINTOPACK, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of our services or any order is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
