Production turnaround
Production starts after you approve your proof and your payment clears. Standard turnaround is 3 to 5 business days for most products. Larger or more complex jobs may take longer; the estimated turnaround for each product is shown on the product page.
Rush turnaround options are available on most products at an additional charge.
Shipping methods
- Ground — 3 to 7 business days, the most affordable option
- Two-Day — 2 business days after pickup
- Overnight — 1 business day after pickup
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected method. Free ground shipping is included on orders over $200 within the contiguous United States.
Delivery times
Total time to receive your order is production turnaround plus shipping transit. Transit time does not include the day of pickup, weekends, or holidays.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to PO boxes for products over a certain size. International shipping is not available at this time.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we send a tracking number to the email address on your account. You can also view tracking information from your order history page.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at Orders@printopack.io within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate and make it right.
